Order and delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after shipment. Tracking details are provided when available.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the conditions listed in our refund policy.
Bag compatibility
The FreshVault handheld sealer is designed for compatible reusable zipper bags with an air valve. Regular zipper bags without a valve will not connect to the sealer.
Using and cleaning the bags
Close the zipper completely, place the sealer directly over the valve, remove the air, and store food appropriately. Wash and dry reusable bags thoroughly between uses. Vacuum sealing does not replace refrigeration, freezing, or safe food-handling practices.
