FreshVault is not responsible for damage, injury, food spoilage, or other loss caused by misuse, improper sealing, improper food handling, improper storage, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow product instructions.

Vacuum sealing does not replace proper refrigeration, freezing, cooking, or food-safety practices.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary.

Reasons an order may be declined or canceled include:

• Incorrect pricing or product information  
• Payment authorization problems  
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in United States dollars.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, excluding applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees clearly disclosed during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Payments are processed through Shopify and authorized payment providers. FreshVault does not directly store complete credit-card or debit-card numbers.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders. If an order is canceled after payment because of a pricing error, the payment will be refunded.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

After shipment, estimated delivery within the United States is 8–15 business days unless otherwise stated.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of shipping carriers, customs, severe weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect addresses, fulfillment delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or fulfillment begins.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Purchases are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

You may request a refund within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To request assistance, email freshvaultsupport@gmail.com and include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may request photographs, video, tracking information, or other reasonable details needed to review the request.

Do not mail a product to any address unless FreshVault Customer Support provides return instructions. Some approved refunds may not require the product to be returned.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

SECTION 7 — DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue.

After reviewing the request, we may provide a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

We reserve the right to deny claims involving suspected fraud, intentional damage, misuse, repeated policy abuse, or false information, except where prohibited by applicable law.
